Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything in my store?
No. Krealo Labels reads your catalog (products, prices, photos and translations) and changes nothing in the store, except product photos if you turn that option on.
Which printers work?
Any printer that prints a PDF at actual size: laser or inkjet on Letter/A4, and label printers (Zebra, DYMO, Brother QL) with their driver and the right paper size. A calibration page lets you check the 100 mm square.
Can labels be in French?
Yes. Each template is in French or English, with Quebec (1 299,99 $) or English Canada ($1,299.99) price formats and your Shopify store’s translations.
How much does it cost?
A Free plan (25 labels a month), then Essentials US$9.99, Pro US$24.99 and Teams US$49.99 per month. 7-day trial with Pro features.
Where is my data?
In Canada, in Montreal (Google Cloud, northamerica-northeast1). Krealo Labels keeps no data about your customers.
