Each template sets its paper: US Letter, A4 or Legal, portrait or landscape, with one or two signs per sheet, or a roll label size (4 × 6, 4 × 3, 3 × 2, 2.25 × 1.25, 2 × 1 in, Brother 62 mm, 50 × 30 mm). The PDF is exactly the paper size; print at “Actual size”.

Two per sheet
- A landscape Letter sheet gives two portrait signs of 139.7 × 215.9 mm.
- A portrait A4 sheet gives two landscape signs of 210 × 148.5 mm.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my label print smaller?
The print dialog is fitting to page. Choose “Actual size” (100%) and print the calibration page to check.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes: labels of the same size share a sheet, each size gets its own pages.
