How am I billed?
If you install Krealo Labels from Shopify, the subscription is added to your Shopify bill. If you sign up on the website, you pay with PayPal (PayPal account or card). Never both at once.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in US dollars before tax; in Canada, your province’s taxes are added (Quebec: GST 5% + QST 9.975%).
What happens after the trial?
Without a paid plan, your workspace moves to the Free plan (25 labels a month). Your templates and rules are not deleted, but you can’t create more beyond the Free limits (1 custom template, 1 rule).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then moves to Free.
I have several Shopify stores: how many plans?
A Krealo Labels workspace connects to one Shopify store. Each store therefore has its own workspace and plan; monthly labels, users and limits are counted per workspace. Locations of the same store (up to 50) are set up inside the workspace, on any plan.
How are labels counted?
One printed label for one variant; two copies count as two. Previews and the calibration page don’t count.
