Price changes: reprint labels that went stale
When the price of an already-printed product changes in Shopify, Krealo Labels adds it to the “To reprint” list with the printed price and the current one. You tick and print with today’s data, or dismiss. No more comparing the shelves with the catalog by hand.
7-day free trial with Pro features (up to 200 labels), once per person and per Shopify store. Afterwards, the Free plan if you choose nothing.
What fills the list
- A change to the price or compare-at price in Shopify, on a variant whose label you already printed.
- Shopify notifies Krealo Labels by itself: nothing to run or sync.
- A product deleted in Shopify drops off the list.
What you see
- For each variant: the printed price, the current price and the date of the change.
- Multiple selection, then “Print” or “Dismiss”.
- The number of variants to redo also shows on the home screen.
Reprinting
- Printing uses today’s price and compare-at price, the template your rules pick, and is added to the history.
- From the history, “Reprint with current prices” redoes an old batch at today’s prices.
Limits
- The list only covers what you printed with Krealo Labels.
- It does not replace checking on the floor: a created PDF does not prove the label is stuck on.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to run a sync?
No. Shopify sends a notice on every product change, and Krealo Labels compares the price with the last printed prices.
Do my old labels end up in the list?
Only those printed with Krealo Labels: the printed price is the one from the last PDF created for that variant.
What does “Dismiss” do?
It removes the variant from the list without printing. It comes back if its price changes again.
Does a reprint count against my plan?
Yes, like any printed label.
