API and MCP to print labels from your tools
The Pro and Teams plans open a REST API and an MCP server to search products, list templates and generate the label PDF without going through the screen: from a script, an internal tool or an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT. Each call uses a workspace API key, and every label counts against the plan and the history.

The REST API
- GET /api/v1/productos?q= searches variants; GET /api/v1/plantillas lists templates; POST /api/v1/imprimir returns a PDF; GET /api/v1/impresiones reads the latest print jobs.
- Authentication: the header Authorization: Bearer kl_live_… with a key created in Integrations; it is shown only once.
- Limit: 120 requests per minute per key.
The MCP server
- Address https://labels.krealomedia.com/mcp, with the same key in the Authorization header.
- Four tools: buscar_productos, listar_plantillas, imprimir_etiquetas (up to 50 labels per call) and historial_impresiones.
- Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients that accept an HTTP server with a header work.
Good to know
- The PDF is created by the server; physical printing is still done in a browser or on a device: the API sends nothing to a printer.
- Revoke a key in Integrations as soon as it is no longer used.

Does the API send the print job to my printer?
No. It returns a PDF at the exact paper size; you then print it.
How many labels per call?
Up to 500 per PDF with the REST API (100 copies at most per variant) and 50 per call with MCP.
Where do I find the API key?
In Integrations: you create, name and revoke keys. A key is shown in full only when it is created.
Do these labels count against my plan?
Yes. Generated labels count against the month’s plan and appear in the history with API or MCP as the source.
