Print labels in bulk from Shopify
To print many labels at once, tick products in Shopify’s product list and choose “Krealo Labels — Print now!”: the app opens with all their variants in the queue. Set the copies on each line, check the preview and create a single PDF of up to 500 labels. For the rest, the Print page and the API take over.

From the Shopify admin
- In the product list, tick several products, open the actions menu and choose “Krealo Labels — Print now!”.
- The same action exists on a product page, under “More actions”.
- Up to 50 products per opening; each product brings all its variants.
The print queue
- Each variant has its copies (up to 100) and can have its own template; otherwise rules pick it.
- The queue is kept in this browser, workspace by workspace, until you print.
- You can also paste a list of SKUs or barcodes (up to 50): only exact matches are added, and the ones not found are listed.
- The preview uses the same engine as the PDF, so what you see is what comes out.
Limits
- Up to 500 labels per PDF, copies included: beyond that, print in several runs.
- Every printed copy counts against the month’s plan; the preview and the calibration page do not.

Do bulk labels count against my plan?
Every printed copy counts. The Free plan includes 25 a month; paid plans include more (see pricing).
Can I pick a different template per product?
Yes. Each queue line can keep the template the rules choose or take another one, and has its own copies.
