Calibrate actual-size printing

If your labels come out too small, shifted or cut, the PDF was fitted to the page. In Krealo Labels, open Settings › Calibrate the printer, print the page at “Actual size” without headers or footers, and measure the square: it must be 100 mm on each side.

7-day free trial with Pro features (up to 200 labels), once per person and per Shopify store. Afterwards, the Free plan if you choose nothing.

Steps

  • Choose your template’s paper and orientation.
  • Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”.
  • Measure the 100 mm square and the corner crosses.

If it isn’t 100 mm

  • Fix the scale in the printer driver, not in the template.

Frequently asked questions
