The service
Krealo Labels generates price labels and signs as PDF from your Shopify catalog or the demo catalog. You remain responsible for the prices, reference prices, discounts and statements shown in store, and for their compliance with the law (including Quebec’s Price Accuracy Policy).
Trial
Each new workspace gets a 7-day trial with Pro features, up to 200 labels. One trial per person and per store. Without a paid plan, the workspace then moves to the Free plan.
Plans and billing
Essentials, Pro and Teams: US$9.99 · US$24.99 · US$49.99 per month, in US dollars, plus taxes. Installed from Shopify: billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Signed up on the website: PayPal. One active payment method per workspace.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Billing (or from Shopify). The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no prorated refunds unless required by law.
Acceptable use
No access to other people’s workspaces, no working around limits, no use to mislead consumers. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after notice except in emergencies.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Check your labels before displaying them. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
