Who we are
Krealo Labels is a service of Krealo Media (Montreal, Quebec). Privacy officer: info@krealomedia.com.
What we collect
For people using the service: name, email, workspace role, language, and the mobile device if you turn on notifications. For the store: products, variants, prices, photos, barcodes and translations read from Shopify, plus templates, rules and print history. Krealo Labels does not read the store’s customers or orders. If you type a customer name on a “Sold” label, it is kept in the history like the rest of the label.
Why
To provide the service (generate labels, keep history, send the notices you ask for), bill the subscription and keep it secure. We sell no information and do no targeted advertising.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads on the public website only after you agree in the banner, and never in the app. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Where the data lives
Google Cloud / Firebase, Montreal region (Canada). Processors: Google (hosting, sign-in), Apple (sign-in), Shopify (catalog, billing for Shopify installs), PayPal (website payments), Resend (email), Expo (mobile notifications).
Retention
Print history is kept according to the plan (7 to 365 days). Workspace data is deleted on request or within 30 days of uninstalling the Shopify app; deletion requests sent by Shopify are handled automatically.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Law 25 and applicable laws, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, including full account deletion, by writing to info@krealomedia.com. We answer within 30 days.
